2nd August 2006 Windsurfing: Blithfield Wind Direction: WNW Wind Stength: F 4-5 Surf / Sea State: Rolling chop Air Temperature: 17 Sea Temperature: Warm Weather: Cloudy, bright Max Speed: Distance Covered: Excellent afternoon session, well powered most of the time on 5.3 and 6.2. A few jumps and loads of gybes. First couple of sessions were caught on video which shows up the errors, particularly gybing in the chop. Later moved up wind and gybed in the bay on flat water - planed out of a couple but not very convincingly - more improvement needed. |
